Warranty / Service

If you think your product is possibly faulty

- To resolve your query efficiently we use a claim form and case / ticket system, complete the form, add all the details required, and we'll get straight on to sorting it out.
- Please include as much information as possible to help us fully understand the issue.
- You'll need your order number, and uploading some pictures with the form is a great idea and usually required for us to proceed.
- You will get an email receipt with your ticket reference.
- We deal with warranty or faulty product queries via email and your ticket, this keeps all details together and helps get to a resolution quicker.
- If after receipt of your claim form the product needs to be returned to us, we will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange collection for larger / heavier items, customer services will let you know how to proceed.
- Please don't send a possible faulty or warranty product back without completing the claim form first, as we are unable to refund your postage if you do.
- Note, we can only deal with the original purchaser of the product

Timescale to deal with your claim - for technical faults or repairs we use the services of the original manufacturer or nominated agent for inspection, testing and high quality guaranteed repairs. Please allow a reasonable timescale for completion of this process, customer services can advise further as this does vary between products.

FAQ's

I think a product I've bought from you is faulty, what should I do?

Firstly, apologies you are having to contact us in these circumstances, in the first instance please complete our warranty service form or pop to the store you bought the product from, we will be pleased to help.

Important– For warranty claims, please complete the warranty form and await a reply from customer services before sending a faulty item back. We are unable to refund your return postage costs unless you have done so.

If customer services advise your product is possibly faulty and requires further inspection, then we will send you a pre-paid return label – simply attach to the parcel and drop into your local Yodel shop. For larger heavier orders like tents & camping furniture etc we can arrange for courier collection if required. You have a legal right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt and get a refund, including postage back to us. Please start the process off by completing our warranty service form, and we will get in touch.

How can I return an order to you?

You can return a new and unused item for a refund within 90 days, return options can be found at the top of this page.

Can I return an order to a store?

Yes, of course, if more convenient. Stores can process a refund or exchange, please bring your new / unused goods and a copy of your order email (on your phone is ok)

Can you collect my return?

Yes, buy a label from our Returns Portal and Royal Mail can collect - subject to weight and size limits - please refer to the portal for more info.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?

The easiest method is to place a new order for the correct size and simply send the incorrect ones back for a refund. We can process an exchange, but can't reserve stock awaiting the return. Go to the returns portal and let us know you request

Once received, we will check the stock of your requested item and despatch the exchanged item to you.

You will receive an email with your tracking information after despatch.

Full Terms & Conditions

We don't offer free returns for unwanted or unsuitable orders back to us, you're welcome to drop an order back into one of our stores.

All goods must be in a new and unused condition. All product packaging, labels and tags must be included. For unwanted items, the order will be refunded, excluding any delivery charges. Please don't write or stick returns labels to the product packaging itself but use an outer bag or box.

Tents, awnings, canopies & extensions - Please note that once a tent, awning, canopy or extension has been pitched outside we are unable to accept it back under the 90-day return policy as it not in a new and unused condition. Please check tent dimensions, floor plans and details carefully or if you are unsure please visit one of our stores or shows to view before purchase.

Footwear - Please note, in the case of footwear returns, please use outer packaging to send the product back. Any shoe boxes defaced by parcel tape, stamps, writing or our returns address etc on will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Climbing Equipment - Safety equipment (climbing gear such as, but not restricted to, harnesses, helmets, ropes, hardware & slings) must be returned in brand new and unused condition as per our returns' policy. All packaging including tags and instruction manuals must be present, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. This is for your own safety and the safety of others.

Underwear - For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on briefs, boxers and other underwear returned to us as we are unable to resell these to other customers. Please check the size-chart listed on the product page carefully before ordering underwear, if you require any more detailed sizing assistance then please get in touch and will be happy to measure etc as you require.

Electronics/ data products - returns policy excludes CD/DVD disks, memory cards & data products or any electronic products such as GPS or watches once registered or activated.

Faulty or warranty returns - please go to the Warranty / Service page and complete the claim form is required.

Consumer Contracts Regulations

You have a right to cancel your order within a fourteen working day cooling-off period following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.

To cancel your order using the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must e-mail or write to us with your details and order number and state that you are cancelling your order and claiming your rights under these regulations. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging, and must not use them. All goods are returned at your own expense, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

You will receive a refund within fourteen days of your notice to cancel. We advise customers to return a product with the original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey.

Returning an order for refund under our 90 return policy without contacting first as set out above does not mean you have claimed your rights under these regulations.

Part of Vango's Airbeam Excel range, the Azura II Air 600XL offers a great balance between living space and must-have features.

The queen-size bedroom provides a 60cm sleeping area per person, meaning you have plenty of room to sleep and store essentials while the new Midnight material blocks out early morning light improving sleep quality by allowing you to sleep longer. Toggle in dividers also provide flexible sleeping options, allowing you to split the bedroom into one, two or three bedrooms.

Ideal for large families or a group of friends, the built-in front awning provides extra enclosed space - perfect for socialising, dining and storage and features a large door designed to be opened in different configurations for access, ventilation and family life. An additional side door offers flexible access and an internal door between the main living area and the front porch features a mesh panel to help increase the airflow inside the tent while keeping the bugs out. The three zone living areas makes this tent ideal for active families or for those who require a separate storage/ kitchen/ socialising, living and bedroom areas. Diamond clear windows maximise light and visibility and toggled privacy curtains provides shade or much needed curtains.

Comfort isn't compromised with the sealed-in groundsheet designed to keep out draughts, insects, dirt and water from the tent. High visibility guylines makes them easy to see in low light conditions and the oversized carry bag has 50% more volume.

This tent also features Vango's SkyTrack II System that enables campers to safely and easily hang lighting, Skytrack Storage and other items in their tents. It consists of strategically placed durable, sturdy transparent piping and 10 reliable clip hooks. Offering flexible positioning options, this system enables wires for lighting and other electrical devices to be routed securely out of the way and allows lights to be positioned where needed.

Quick and easy to pitch via the AirSpeed valves, the AirBeam structure is pre-angled to achieve greater internal space and stability against side wind. TBSII Tension Band System and storm anchors at the front and rear of the tent ensures the tent performs in adverse conditions, especially in strong, changeable winds.

The new Sentinel Dura fabric has been developed with improved performance without the addition of unnecessary weight. Fully taped seams provide a watertight seal, and it even meets ISO5912 fire retardant standards. The introduction of Vango's new ColourLok technology guarantees market leading quality and performance by preventing colour retention from UV light, a 30% increase in strength and a hydrostatic head rating of 4000mm.

For added comfort, an additional Footprint can be pitched first to help you pitch your tent in the correct spot first time and prevent the underside getting dirty or wet, or the addition of a Flat Woven Carpet provides under foot comfort and warmth. If extra living space is required, this Family Shelter fits over the front of the tent to create a front canopy that offers great flexibility and a Excel Side Awning attaches to the side of the tent, adding extra space for storage and socialising.
