Warranty / Service

If you think your product is possibly faulty

- To resolve your query efficiently we use a claim form and case / ticket system, complete the form, add all the details required, and we'll get straight on to sorting it out.
- Please include as much information as possible to help us fully understand the issue.
- You'll need your order number, and uploading some pictures with the form is a great idea and usually required for us to proceed.
- You will get an email receipt with your ticket reference.
- We deal with warranty or faulty product queries via email and your ticket, this keeps all details together and helps get to a resolution quicker.
- If after receipt of your claim form the product needs to be returned to us, we will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange collection for larger / heavier items, customer services will let you know how to proceed.
- Please don't send a possible faulty or warranty product back without completing the claim form first, as we are unable to refund your postage if you do.
- Note, we can only deal with the original purchaser of the product

Timescale to deal with your claim - for technical faults or repairs we use the services of the original manufacturer or nominated agent for inspection, testing and high quality guaranteed repairs. Please allow a reasonable timescale for completion of this process, customer services can advise further as this does vary between products.

FAQ's

I think a product I've bought from you is faulty, what should I do?

Firstly, apologies you are having to contact us in these circumstances, in the first instance please complete our warranty service form or pop to the store you bought the product from, we will be pleased to help.

Important– For warranty claims, please complete the warranty form and await a reply from customer services before sending a faulty item back. We are unable to refund your return postage costs unless you have done so.

If customer services advise your product is possibly faulty and requires further inspection, then we will send you a pre-paid return label – simply attach to the parcel and return. For larger heavier orders like tents & camping furniture etc we can arrange for courier collection if required. You have a legal right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt and get a refund, including postage back to us. Please start the process off by completing our warranty service form, and we will get in touch.

How can I return an order to you?

You can return a new and unused item for a refund within 90 days, return options can be found at the top of this page.

Can I return an order to a store?

Yes, of course, if more convenient. Stores can process a refund or exchange, please bring your new / unused goods and a copy of your order email (on your phone is OK)

Can you collect my return?

Yes, buy a label from our Returns Portal and Royal Mail can collect - subject to weight and size limits - please refer to the portal for more info.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?

Please place a new order for the correct size and send the incorrect ones back for a refund. We can do an exchange in store but not online via the returns portal.

This is due to warehouse stock changing all the time so it's best to place a new order to secure your item and return the unwanted one for a refund.

Full Terms & Conditions

We don't offer free returns for unwanted or unsuitable orders back to us, you're welcome to drop an order back into one of our stores.

All goods must be in a new and unused condition. All product packaging, labels and tags must be included. For unwanted items, the order will be refunded, excluding any delivery charges. Please don't write or stick returns labels to the product packaging itself but use an outer bag or box.

Tents, awnings, canopies & extensions - Please note that once a tent, awning, canopy or extension has been pitched outside we are unable to accept it back under the 90-day return policy as it not in a new and unused condition. Please check tent dimensions, floor plans and details carefully or if you are unsure please visit one of our stores or shows to view before purchase.

Footwear - Please note, in the case of footwear returns, please use outer packaging to send the product back. Any shoe boxes defaced by parcel tape, stamps, writing or our returns address etc on will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Climbing Equipment - Safety equipment (climbing gear such as, but not restricted to, harnesses, helmets, ropes, hardware & slings) must be returned in brand new and unused condition as per our returns' policy. All packaging including tags and instruction manuals must be present, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. This is for your own safety and the safety of others.

Underwear - For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on briefs, boxers and other underwear returned to us as we are unable to resell these to other customers. Please check the size-chart listed on the product page carefully before ordering underwear, if you require any more detailed sizing assistance then please get in touch and will be happy to measure etc as you require.

Electronics/ data products - returns policy excludes CD/DVD disks, memory cards & data products or any electronic products such as GPS or watches once registered or activated.

Faulty or warranty returns - please go to the Warranty / Service page and complete the claim form is required.

Consumer Contracts Regulations

You have a right to cancel your order within a fourteen working day cooling-off period following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.

To cancel your order using the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must e-mail or write to us with your details and order number and state that you are cancelling your order and claiming your rights under these regulations. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging, and must not use them. All goods are returned at your own expense, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

You will receive a refund within fourteen days of your notice to cancel. We advise customers to return a product with the original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey.

Returning an order for refund under our 90 return policy without contacting first as set out above does not mean you have claimed your rights under these regulations.

Generally good condition throughout includes pump and original pegs and storage bags. Ground sheet inside and out are clean although there are a few scuff marks and a small hole on the underside of the groundsheet on the reinforced areas but doesn’t affect performance. Flysheet fabric condition feels and looks as new with very little sign of being out for very long.

The Galli 111 models were very popular last year as many favoured the connection point for the van or motorhome on the side of the awning. Shown here with the connector fabric rolled back to keep things neat and tidy if you drive off for the day. Pre angled super-sized beams make the most of the internal space available and make this a very stable structure in all UK camping conditions. There are two main methods to secure the awning to the vehicle either via the removable long webbing straps (supplied) or if you have the right fitting strip on your vehicle you can attach via the 6mm kador strip that is sewn in to the awning. There is an optional fitting strip available on our website for this method if required.

 

Original tent description:

The Galli III Compact Low features a canopy for rainproof opening or somewhere to relax in the shade.

Designed to be used as storage or a shelter, this awning attaches to your vehicle via a side attachment so the awning is facing the same direction. Side doors allow for convenient access to the front or the back of your vehicle and the connecting tunnel can be rolled away quick and easy when you drive away, keeping the awning guarding your pitch during your day trips. The fully sewn-in groundsheet is attached to the flysheet with an external storm skirt to provide a bug and draught free environment and it can easily be dropped to ground level for effortless entering without needing to step over the entrance.

Diamond clear windows maximise light and visibility and zipped privacy curtains can be simply rolled away when not in use. Comfort isn't compromised with high visibility guylines which makes them easy to see in low light conditions and a oversized bag allows your awning to be pack away and carried easily. The front and side doors are fitted with internal mesh panels for bug free ventilation and skylight windows which run along the roof line of the awning enhances light during the day and for star gazing at night. 

Vango's SkyTrack II offers a flexible hanging system which allows you to easily attach lighting and storage.

The Sentinel Pro fabric is designed for dedicated campers who often embark on several trips a year, often for extended breaks. The blend of fibres and the double ripstop construction is 245% stronger than Vango's entry level Sentinel Active fabric, ensuring longevity against any wear and tear. The introduction of Vango's new ColourLok technology guarantees lasting quality and performance by preventing colour retention from UV light.

The Vango Super AirBeams are quick to pitch and create a strong and rigid structure and the TBSII Tension Band System ensures the tent performs in adverse conditions, especially in strong, changeable winds.

Designed to fit motorhomes, vans and MPVs with attachment height of 180cm-210cm (total roof connection length of 248cm), this awning can be attached to your vehicle via various attachments. For vehicles fitted with a Kador Rail, a 4mm or 6mm DriveAway Kit allows you to attach and detach your awning with ease. If your vehicle doesn't have either a 4mm or 6mm rail, the Vango Pole and Clamp DriveAway attachment is used with a deep gutter on your vehicle or simply use the provided two velcro roof bar straps or two webbing straps designed to reach over your vehicle providing a secure fit.
